    Most companies value quality and professionalism.  We want educate them about an underserved portion of the labor market - professional moms - so that they can hire individuals with the highest levels of qualifications for their jobs rather than settling for sub-par employees.  We want to educate these companies about the benefits of hiring mothers in flexible capacities, be they flex-time, telecommuting or job-sharing.  By informing companies about alternative work situations, we raise awareness of this extremely valuable untapped resource: mothers.
